The mock does — it sits in the dashboard as long as your account exists. A public address is another story: that needs Start (€19/month) or Pro (€29/month).

Do you ask for a card for a free website?

No. Not at sign-up, not while you spend the 15 credits. The card only comes up when you decide to take a paid plan.

How many free websites do I get?

One. The 15 credits go into builds and edits on that one site, not across ten live addresses.
